Today my friend Amy and I took our kids to Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark for some strawberry picking. They also have a huge play area that the kids just adored. It was the perfect antidote to a Monday morning!

Not too many surprises, but I was thrilled to see Sean Penn win Best Actor tonight. I am not generally a Sean Penn fan, but I thought he was absolutely remarkable in Milk! Please go see that movie; it was beyond excellent.
