Today I made both the Pioneer Woman’s Spicy Mac n’ Cheese and Crash Hot Potatoes (at separate meals). Both DELICIOUS! It was easy to adapt the mac n’ cheese to our traditional foods diet, too, using all fresh veggies and rice pasta. YUM!
